Rent modalities

A rental agreement will be established in duplicate on the basis of the information which you will have communicated with us.

 Your rent will become definitive in reception of the contract signed, accompanied with the deposit of 25 % of the total amount of the rent (included loads, but except tourist tax).

 As long as the file will not be complete, we save ourselves the possiblity to attribute the rent to quite other person.

 The balance will be transfer by bank transfer one week before your coming. The pledge (250 €) will be put handed to us in person, during the delivery of keys, on Saturdays from 4:00 pm.

 The pledge is fixed to 250 €, and concerns mainly the damages resulting from the rent. The tenant has to respect the rules of co-ownership, maintain the rented places and return them in good condition of cleanliness.

At the end of your stay, we shall proceed with you to an inventory, and we shall restore you your pledge within 10 days.

Stay modalities

The apartment is available the day of arrival from 4:00 pm and must be released the day of the departure at 10:00 am.

For the rent in weekend, the apartment is available of Friday from 4:00 pm until Sunday evening 5:00 pm.

Animals are not authorized.
